SHIPPING

 All shipments are sent out UPS Ground or USPS mail.  All products have a weight and dimension listed. Unfortunately the automatically determined shipping is too low.  

We will need to determine correct shipping and notify you.

If you order an in-stock item, it will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Custom Orders;   Allow 1 week for design, layout and manufacture plus the 1-3 days to ship out.

Special Orders will take longer to manufacture as we may need to contact you several times in the design and layout phase before manufacturing the item and shipping.

If you have paid for your order with a check, we will wait to ship until the check has cleared.

Note:  Shipping prices are for the United States only.  We will contact you if additional shipping charges are required for your location. 

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us for return authorization before returning any item.  If we make a mistake on your order, we will replace or refund in full. Other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Special and Custom orders are not returnable unless there has been an error made in the manufacturing of the item.
